A luxury hotel chain in Singapore is seeking a Sales / Senior Sales Manager to maximize revenue and achieve targeted occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in business administration, at least 5 years of hotel industry experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include lead generation, planning sales activities, and maintaining client relationships.
As a Sales / Senior Sales Manager, you are expected to maximize all streams of revenue in achieving targeted occupancies and average room rates.
Responsibilities:
• Establish lead generation & acquire new accounts to achieve revenue goals based on market segmentation and budget
• Plan sales activities and set sales priorities to achieve the revenue goals for all segments
• Maximizing the use of resources to penetrate new accounts to achieve new business goals
• Develop ongoing relationships with the clients to ensure business continuity
• Ensure timely communication with the Sales team to achieve group and event revenue goals
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Pre-requirements:
• At least Diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field is required
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in the hotel industry
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, business oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
