This role entails servicing existing clients, managing key accounts, and overseeing project completion in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Japanese is essential for liaising with HQ and clients, alongside a minimum of 5 years in sales.

Koizumi Lighting Singapore Pte Ltd

An established Japanese lighting manufacturer.

In Singapore, we specialise in Supply & Install of lightings in turnkey projects.

The role and responsibilities include, but not limited to;

1) Sales and marketing of our company’s services and products

  • To focus on business development – new customers and new projects
  • To service existing customers
  • To do lighting specifications with Lighting Consultants, Architects, IDs, etc.
  • To promote Koizumi brand of products and create product awareness
  • To prepare marketing presentation materials
  • To explain product features during live demonstrations / presentations

2) Handle sales enquiries

  • To manage key accounts – especially Japanese clients
  • To handle general enquiries
  • To prepare sales quotations
  • To follow-up on inquiries both via email and calls
  • To help clients solve problems with product usage.

3) After sales service

  • To manage projects, monitor progress and ensure smooth completion.
  • To coordinate the works of a multi-disciplinary workforce including consultants, external subcontractors and etc.
  • To provide project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To attend to maintenance issues including troubleshooting during DLP.

4) Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese (To liaise with HQ and Japanese customers)
  • Degree / Diploma holder
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in Sales
  • Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
  • Product training will be provided
