JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients.
- Proactively seek out and secure vending machine placements in high-traffic locations.
- Present vending solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with the company.
- Driven to achieve target.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and recommend upgrades or additional services.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to encourage contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Actively seek new business opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and show consistency in follow ups.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support in managing the installation or maintenance of vending machines, ensuring customer satisfaction with both product and service quality.
3. Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Canvass for accounts, conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Manager to create customized vending solutions that meet client needs.
4. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure business.
- Ensure that pricing, terms, and conditions align with company policies while meeting client expectations.
- Close deals and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
5. Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather and analyse feedback from clients to improve products, services, and sales processes.
- Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and market developments to the Sales Manager.
6. Sales Administration
- Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, agreement orders, work orders, invoices, etc
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on any pending issues related to contracts or billing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending industry or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sales focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Powerpoint a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
