CT Investment Pte Ltd is a local company that sells elderly care products in Singapore. We mainly focus on adult incontinence products for the elderly segment.

We operate under the brand name BW Generation.

We sell adult diapers and other elderly products mainly through our online platform but is not looking to expand our b2B and retail presence. As such, we are looking to hire a sales person to manage the retail and B2B channel.

We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of BW Generation's incontinence products across Singapore through B2B (e.g., nursing homes, clinics, pharmacies) channels. You will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with customers, educating stakeholders about product benefits, and identifying opportunities for growth in the eldercare and healthcare market.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly targets for incontinence products within assigned customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including pharmacies, eldercare facilities, nursing homes, medical suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of BW Generation’s product range.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, site visits, and networking. Source for retail space for product placement.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings, marketing strategies, and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools or sales reports.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments.

Requirement

  • With 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or the elderly industry
  • Highly motivated, independent, and able to work both in the field and in a team.
  • Comfortable interacting with eldercare staff, nurses, pharmacists, and procurement managers.
  • Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
