Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the growth of our Office Coffee Service (OCS). This role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients, providing tailored coffee solutions to enhance workplace satisfaction. You’ll build relationships, meet sales targets, and position our brand as a leader in office coffee services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify businesses via cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

- Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and tastings, demonstrating product benefits and customization options.

- Sales Negotiation: Close contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure profitable agreements.

- Account Management: Maintain client relationships, address needs, and upsell products

- Market Insight: Stay informed on coffee trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

- Target Achievement: Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

- Collaboration: Work with support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Events: Represent the company at industry events to generate leads.

- Administration: Update CRM, submit reports, and manage sales pipelines.

Qualifications:

- Education: HS Diploma (required)

- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales; coffee industry experience a plus.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time management. Proficiency in CRM/MS Office.

- Knowledge: Understanding of coffee equipment, blends, and sustainability practices.

- Travel: Willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Established network in corporate procurement/FM roles.

- Barista training or coffee certifications (SCA, NCA).
