Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our automotive enhancement team. This role focuses on promoting and selling premium services such as car wrapping, paint protection film, solar control film, and automotive ceramic coating. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, customer-focused, and driven to achieve sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement:
Identify and approach potential clients
Understand customer needs and educate them on service options, benefits, and product differences
Provide professional advice on color choices, protection solutions, and performance expectations
Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, social media, and referrals
Coordination & Delivery:
Liaise with the technical and design teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements
Monitor project progress and keep customers updated on timelines
Product & Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitors
Participate in training sessions and product briefings
Sales Reporting:
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales using CRM or other tracking tools
Provide regular sales reports and performance feedback to the manager
Qualifications
Sales experience in automotive, detailing, or related industries is a strong advantage
Strong interest in cars, customisation, and protection services
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects
Basic knowledge of vehicle surface treatments and materials (eg. vinyl wrap, ceramic coating) is a plus
At least 2 years of sales experience is required.
