- Dealing with any customers enquires and complaints
- Managing all store operational activities (Cash protection, loss prevention, inventory, manpower)
- Encourage teamwork environment between sales associates
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Provide daily operation reports to management
- Ensuring proper inventory management
