We are looking for an exceptional leader who will:- Lead and develop a team of senior solution and consulting engineers, focusing on developing strategies and plans to influence Enterprises and Governments to invest in Apple technology and at same time maximize the value for those investing in our technology.- Represent Apple by engaging with key executive stakeholders at our major customers and partners. Develop and implement strategies to position Apple technology effectively, and cultivate and leverage a robust ecosystem of partners. Establish relationships and partner with executive leadership at our strategic partners and solution providers.- Provide technical leadership and consulting to the Apple sales team, partners, and customers as you influence executives, faculty, and technical staff in a pre-sales capacity. Architect, validate, demonstrate, and sell complete Apple hardware, software, and services solutions.- Represent and advocate SEA technical priorities to internal stakeholders across Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales and Services organisations, establishing yourself as an expert and partner in a global organisation.- Quickly master technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences.- Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs for the team to build vital skills and knowledge to achieve performance targets.
