A leading company in Singapore is seeking a proactive individual for a showroom position. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and is expected to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing the showroom, handling queries, and supporting the sales team. Experience in hospitality and customer service is preferred, along with good organizational and communication skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom
• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers
• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department
• Preparation of all documentation for delivery
• Manage showroom and test-drive cars
• In charge of showroom and pantry area
• Perform administrative duties

Working hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Sat 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m
( Alternate Saturday )
