Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the S&P (Sale & Purchase) brokers, including preparing and managing relevant documentation
- Coordinate post-fixture processes, ensuring on-time payments, accurate documentation, and compliance with contractual terms
- Liaise with shipowners, brokers, internal teams across offices, and external parties to ensure smooth S&P operations and resolve any arising issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records by entering and updating S&P data in company databases and systems, including vessel details and other key information
- Conduct research on vessels, market conditions, and industry developments to support the S&P team’s decision-making
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a cohesive team environment and contribute to collective success
- Undertake other administrative duties as assigned to support S&P brokers and adapt to evolving business needs
