Sales Promotor
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Explain product benefits, features, and usage effectively.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales by persuading and encouraging customers to make purchases.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.
- Set up and arrange promotional displays to attract customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing team.
- Work closely with retail staff and supervisors to optimize sales performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level with at least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in a similar role.
- Must be willing to work on weekends / PH.
- Working Hours: 12nn - 9pm (5 days work week rest on Tue & Wed).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to close sales.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during special events.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
