Job summary

BOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, explain the BOP system, and promote campaigns across the store floor in Singapore. You will drive conversions, demonstrate product benefits, and build long-term relationships with shoppers.

You will work 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with company uniform provided. Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, and you should be friendly, confident, and quick to learn in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level qualification required.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one mother tongue.
• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
• Motivated by sales and achieving targets.
• Quick learner, adaptable and dependable.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Education: Welcome and assist customers, clearly explaining how the BOP system works and its benefits for their loved ones.
• Sales & Promotions: Promote BOP products and services. Share ongoing campaigns, drive conversions, and meet sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster trust and rapport with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate features of our product and subscription model.
• Visual Merchandising & Stock Coordination: Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Liaise with merchandisers to monitor inventory.
• Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with retail staff and supervisors. Provide customer feedback and share daily activity updates with the sales manager.

Working Schedule

8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification
