Sales Promoter

About the role

This is a full-time Sales Promoter role at M S Color Service Pte Ltd, located at the Ang Mo Kio Town Centre in the North-East region. As a Sales Promoter, you will play a key part in providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers with product selection and purchases

• Handling cash and card transactions accurately

• Replenishing and maintaining store displays and inventory

• Providing a warm and welcoming environment for all customers

• Adhering to store policies and procedures

• Assisting with other ad-hoc store duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service

• Good numeric and cash handling skills

• Ability to speak in English and Mandarin (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers)
