About the Role

The Sales Promoter / Advisor plays a key role in driving product awareness and sales by effectively promoting the company’s offerings, understanding and addressing customer needs, achieving sales targets for assigned counters or store outlets, and fostering both customer retention and acquisition.

Main Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell health supplements at designated retail outlets, as assigned by Management.

  • Present merchandise professionally and proficiently to customers.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • Conduct stock counts and submit accurate sales reports to the Area Supervisor, Sales Manager, or Sales Executive.

  • Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation to maintain product freshness and compliance with expiry dates.

  • Replenish stock at assigned counters based on sales movement and inventory levels.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned counters, including packing, tidying, and arranging display shelves.

  • Support outdoor marketing activities, such as roadshows, atrium sales, and promotional events, as needed.

  • Communicate and implement promotional offers to customers to drive sales.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.

  • Update and rotate displays regularly to showcase new product launches and align with seasonal themes.

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide timely feedback to Area Supervisor/Sales Manager on sales performance, stock levels, display concerns, competitor activities, and market trends.

  • Notify the Area Supervisor/Sales Manager of slow-moving inventory to avoid overstocking.

  • Meet individual and retail sales targets as assigned.

Experiences / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales for health supplement or similar.

  • Willing to work in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and proactive with a positive attitude.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to converse in English and another language.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong execution skills.

  • Well-established relationships with retail partners.

  • Collaborative team player with a strong ability to contribute ideas and work cross-functionally.

  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Working Hours

Contractual hours = 42 hours per week

6-day work week, 7 hours per day excluding 1 hour break.

Shift 1: 11am – 7pm, Shift 2: 12pm – 8pm, Shift 3: 1pm-9pm.

Salary range $2K ~ $5K including commission.
