We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Sales Promoter to join our retail team at JONES COLLECTION PTE. LTD' in the Central Region. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our fashion retail business.

This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience

• Actively promoting and selling our range of fashion products

• Maintaining store appearance and visual merchandising standards

• Inventory management duties

• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Participating in regular training and development programs

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the household industry

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with and connect with customers
