Key Responsibilities

Engage customers with product introductions and nutritional guidance.
Conduct product sampling and demonstrations to drive sales.
Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related inquiries.
Maintain a well-organized store display and ensure proper merchandising.
Work collaboratively with the store manager and other team members.
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Chinese (both).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and children’s nutrition.
Energetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
Singapore Citizens and PRs only (EP and work pass sponsorship not available).
