Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Store Sales Associate to drive personal and store performance through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage stock and merchandising, assist in promotions, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our service standards. Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and profitability through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques.
• Take ownership of sales performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, increase basket size, and promote relevant products.
• Contribute to the successful execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Monitor personal sales performance and take appropriate actions to achieve agreed targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing professional product recommendations and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience that reflects the company's service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and store presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Ensure products are displayed, replenished, and priced accurately in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support daily store operations to ensure the store is well organised, customer-ready, and always operating efficiently.
• Assist in stock ordering, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimise stock shortages.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory control activities to maintain stock accuracy.
• Safeguard company assets and support loss prevention initiatives by adhering to security procedures and reporting discrepancies promptly.

• Participate actively in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and customer service skills
• Share relevant information and best practices to support overall team performance
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager
