Position Title: Sales & Project Engineer

Working Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45AM - 6.15PM

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.
  2. Detail work includes managing and understanding clients' requirements and assessing equipment needs, preparing and delivering sales proposals, and technical presentations.
  3. Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  4. Provide continuous after-sales support such as aiding clients to identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
  5. Direct and monitor daily activities to align the project progress and quality goals.
  6. Implement and adhere to the sales plan set by the manager with the aim to expand the company's customer base.
  7. Collaborate with the team to compile information for tender submissions.
  8. Actively enhance personal knowledge on supplier's products to introduce technology that adds value to the clients.
  9. Evaluate sales activities with management weekly, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales targets, and status on deadlines.
  10. Collaborate with the Sales Manager, producing reports regularly to communicate with suppliers on sales activities and status of projects.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma in any engineering field.
  2. Candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience will be advantageous.
  3. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  4. Prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz.
  5. Class 3 Driving License.
