Job summary

Anradus is seeking a Sales & Project Engineer to contribute to the supply of environmental systems. This permanent position requires managing the full sales cycle, maintaining client relationships, and providing after-sales support. Candidates should possess a diploma in engineering and ideally have sales experience. Offer includes a basic salary of up to $4,500 plus allowances. Training is available for candidates without prior experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any engineering field.
  • With prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz.
  • With Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.
  • Manage and understand clients' requirements and assess equipment needs, preparing and delivering sales proposals.
  • Provide continuous after-sales support for clients.
  • Direct and monitor daily activities to align with project progress and quality goals.
  • Implement and adhere to the sales plan set by the manager.
  • Collaborate with team to compile information for tender submissions.
  • Evaluate sales activities with management weekly.

  • Working Location: Boon Lay
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45 AM - 6.15 PM
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + HP Allowance + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.
  • Detail work includes managing and understanding clients' requirements and assessing equipment needs, preparing and delivering sales proposals, technical presentations.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous after-sales support such as aiding clients to identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
  • Direct and monitor daily activities to align the project progress and quality goals.
  • Implement and adhere to the sales plan set by the manager with the aim of expanding the company's customer base.
  • Collaborate with team to compile information for tender submissions.
  • Actively enhance personal knowledge of supplier's products to introduce technology that adds value to the clients.
  • Evaluate sales activities with the management weekly, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales targets and status on deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager, producing reports regularly to communicate with supplier on sales activities and status of project.
