A leading company in the green building sector is seeking a Sales and Project Coordinator to manage client relations and project logistics, contributing to the growth of innovative building technologies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, experience in sales, and a passion for sustainability solutions.
Job Description:
The Sales and Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales for our green building solutions and coordinating the successful implementation of our projects. Also responsible to contribute significantly to our Company’s growth in the exciting field of green building technologies, manage project logistics and ensure client satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors/clients for the successful execution of:2. Participate in roadshows and exhibitions (1-2 times per year) to promote L-QuBE solutions
3. Handle ad hoc enquiries for Building Management System (BMS) equipment and services, providing information and generating potential sales
4. Manage ad hoc enquiries for Measurement and Verification (M&V) equipment and services, addressing client needs and identifying sales opportunities
5. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally
6. Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for potential clients
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress
8. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
9. Assist in the monitoring of project timelines and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule
