Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare & plan technician monthly schedule for servicing in clients' premises.
- Manage recovery plans due to quality issue and unscheduled downtime.
- Prepare monthly sales reports on the performance of technician and highlight issues that may impact service quality.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that their needs or concerns are met with.
- Check data accuracy in clients' details, servicing schedules, orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer to their queries.
- Liaise with the operations to ensure timely services performed.
- Maintain and update sales and clients' records.
- Communicate important feedback from clients both externally and internally.
- Other ad hoc duties that is require of the Sales administrator.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Word and Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Five days work week (Mon - Fri)
- 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (exclude 1 hr meal break)
