Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new regional or international markets for product or service expansion, aligning with company growth strategies.
- Set realistic sales goals for regional teams or overseas partners, track performance, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage overseas distributors or sales agents, ensuring alignment with brand values and sales objectives.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients across regions, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to regional preferences, cultural norms, and seasonal trends.
- Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods, manage stock levels, and resolve cross-border logistics issues.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local laws, import/export regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide product training, sales techniques, and compliance guidance to regional sales staff or partners
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, analyze trends, and forecast future demand to guide production and budgeting.
