Job description

1. Receive, confirm, schedule and track customer orders, coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders;

2. Actively identify potential customer needs, collaborate with the sales team to convert orders, and enhance sales performance;

3. Regularly conduct reconciliations, issue invoices, and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure accurate accounting and timely collection of payments;

4. Conduct regular customer follow-ups, collect feedback, analyze changes in customer needs, and develop personalized maintenance plans to enhance customer loyalty;

5. Efficiently handle customer complaints and suggestions, promote internal process optimization, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

【Job Requirements】

1. Singaporean citizen/permanent resident;

2. Bachelor's degree or above, major in trade-related field, proficient in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

3. More than 2 years of purchasing experience in the machinery industry;

4. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness;

5. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.;

6. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master product knowledge.
