Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
Consolidate finance and insurance sales performance monthly reports
Conduct training to Sales team on financial and insurance product regulations
Develop new business opportunities related to the OEM halo range and share this knowledge across the Sales department
Responsible for vehicle demonstration units process, including the management of inventory
Ensure operational compliance to manufacturer’s standards and processes
Set sales process standards matching levels in mature market operations ensuring that the business has robust infrastructure within the sales department to cope with the demands of the rapidly changing local market
Assist Management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives
Maintain accurate records of Sales team’s activities to track performance and evaluate outcome
Analyze the existing owner/prospect database to identify target groups for sales promotions and cold-calling activities.

Requirements:
Minimum Degree qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience
A passion for the luxury automotive industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous and strong attention to detail
Self-driven, highly motivated and result-oriented
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Experience using Salesforce and JLR CXP platform preferred
