Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc.
  2. Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process.
  3. Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS and Channel Partner Programs.
  4. Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks.
  5. Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs.
  6. Support Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  7. Strong advocate for best practices and change management.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study.
  2. Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience.
  3. Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  4. Experience with BI systems and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment.
  2. Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1.
