A leading company in the medical field is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support its sales and service teams. About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales and service teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination across rental scheduling, equipment logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Rental Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate all rental cases in alignment with sales and app teams.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding rental timelines and status.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all rental activities.
2. Equipment Logistics Management
Oversee the end-to-end movement of equipment for rental cases, including dispatch, delivery, and return.
Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate equipment transfers.
Track equipment location and condition to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
Conduct simple maintenance of equipment, where necessary.
3. Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for both Applications and Service departments.
Coordinate with procurement to manage stock levels, orders, and replenishments.
Conduct regular audits and generate reports to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
4. Reporting and Data Entry
Generate and analyze reports to support sales and operational decisions.
Data entry and report generation for sales and operations team.
Coordinate with applications team to update the units deployment database on a regular basis
5. Process Improvement and Ad-Hoc Projects
Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, logistics, and inventory workflows.
Support the development and implementation of SOPs related to rental operations and inventory.
Engage in ad-hoc projects, working in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Assisting and support document preparation, where necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales operations, logistics coordination, or inventory management (2–4 years preferred).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective problem solving, case management and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
