The role Head of Sales & Operations Planning is to lead their global S&OP strategy. This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory targets to drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will be the architect of our end-to-end S&OP process, optimizing production across our Longson manufacturing facility and a network of external suppliers.

What You'll Do
Lead Strategic S&OP: Develop and execute the company's S&OP strategy, leading weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production to ensure seamless alignment.
Optimize Global Operations: Dynamically adjust production plans based on customer orders, capacity, and raw material availability. You'll chair cross-departmental meetings to resolve bottlenecks and ensure we meet our On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) targets.
Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Use advanced data analysis to identify market trends, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. You'll manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
Enhance Efficiency & Innovation: Implement continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to modernize our planning tools and systems. You'll translate market demand into optimized production schedules, reducing lead times and waste.
Manage Budgets & Mitigate Risks: Oversee sales operations budgets and develop robust risk mitigation strategies to address demand volatility and supply chain disruptions.
Mentor and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of planning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirement
10+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain planning, or a similar role within garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Experience in the sportswear or outdoor apparel industry is strongly preferred.
An expert in end-to-end garment manufacturing processes, from fabric sourcing to finished goods delivery, with a deep understanding of cutting, sewing, and finishing operations.
Proven experience with S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
Proficient in production planning and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experienced with ERP systems.
A strategic thinker with exceptional cross-functional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Travel: Regular travel (30-40%) to manufacturing facilities and supplier locations is required.
