Job Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Business Head (KA+GA) on Business Strategy, Transformation, and Organizational Structure to support strategic goals.
  2. Utilize Data Analytics to generate insights, identify risks, and uncover opportunities to meet financial targets.
  3. Manage key business priorities, including the business management system and monitoring key metrics for REL business in collaboration with the REL Segment leader.
  4. Maintain business hygiene through pipeline creation and management of the named account database.
  5. Create and automate daily sales reports and other relevant data reports.
  6. Organize and control inputs from stakeholders like sales, product teams, and finance through the Business Management System.
  7. Oversee sales incentive management and process ownership.
  8. Lead and develop a team of 2 regular and 2 contract resources managing operations for different parts of the REL business.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Client Management, and New Business Development.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with online sales management and technology products.
  • Proficiency in Strategy, Analytical skills, Financial Modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Knowledge of Business Strategy, Sales Enablement, Pipeline Management, Market Analysis, Process Improvement, and Cross-functional Leadership.
