Job description

Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for the business management of the Singapore machining technology team, including planning internal processing development strategies.
2. Manage the existing machining technology team by planning the overall technology development roadmap, building and improving the technical team, continuously enhancing internal technical capabilities, and meeting higher customer requirements.
3. Act as the liaison between internal and external customers, aligning resources in a timely manner according to customer needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality processed products.
4. Continuously improve the precision manufacturing capabilities of the machining centers, elevate precision machining management standards, and enhance the skills of machining personnel.
5. Coordinate internal project management based on both internal and external project schedules, ensure timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in the high-precision manufacturing industry.
2. Experienced in team management and proficient in precision engineering technology
3. At least 5 extensive experience in customer communication and familiarity with various processing equipment and products.
4. Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Chinese counterparts.
