Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Partner closely with APAC Solution Sales Director(s) on day to day operations of the business
- Work cross functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into meaningful insights, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process.
- Align corporate strategic priorities into regional application and collaborate effectively with Global functions
- Participate and contribute to sales planning. Develop a qualified view of market opportunities to optimize territory planning and quota setting.
- Drive business process improvements to increase Sales Performance, Opportunity Hygiene, Forecast Accuracy, Pipeline Health, Pipeline Generation, and Sales Reporting Insights
- Understand and draw insights from key industry and customer trends provide insight to the organization
- Enhancing internal workflows to provide to drive productivity across our Sales Teams
- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
- Support the Solutions Sales Leadership in developing key presentations for internal and external audiences
- Be an escalation point to help enable the sales team in their day to day challenges to help resolve and navigate hiring, deal structuring, discounting, commissions, territory mapping, split and coverage decisions.
- Key member of the APAC Functional Ops and Sales Analysis team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- Proven experience in building dashboards using Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable.
- Experience working on go-to-market or sales related strategic and operational topics, particularly forecasting and analysis
- Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions
- Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
- Strong team player who is also an independent thinker
- Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
- Software as a Service (SaaS) industry domain expertise, and the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus
- Direct people management experience is required
- Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams
