Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Sales Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of sales processes. This role will be key in ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and strong coordination between internal teams to drive smooth commercial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full sales process including quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups

  • Support pricing, margin calculations, and deal structuring with accuracy and timeliness

  • Ensure sales data, records, and forecasts are accurately maintained across internal systems

  • Liaise with finance, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales fulfilment

  • Monitor contract renewals, service expiry dates, and assist in proposal generation

  • Generate reports and dashboards on pipeline status, sales performance, and order tracking

Requirements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on precision and timeliness

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with IT solutions, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments is a plus
