Job description

Keystone Clinic & Surgery was started with the mission to provide affordable healthcare services to the people in the heartlands. We aim to provide holistic care to all of our patients, and to ensure a smooth patient journey with all of them. We started with a single clinic in 2022, and have now expanded to 3 clinics around Singapore with the goal of continued expansion in the years to come. As we continue to grow, we wish to continue to add individuals who have the same passion us.

This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility within the work roster due to the occasional need to travel to various clinic locations and event locations.

The jobscope mainly revolves around sales/marketing, as well as operational matters.

Sales/Marketing (60%):

  • Speaking to potential collaborators to market and further our clinical services, and converting potential leads.

  • Managing our current partnerships.

  • Liaising with agencies and corporate partners to organise outreach events.

  • Handling of basic marketing platforms involving SEM, SEO, and creating educational collaterals for dissemination.

  • Managing the e-Commerce platform.

Operations (40%):

  • Managing patient data.

  • Preparing reports and documents for submission to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Analysis of patient data trends.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with various computer skills (excel/words/powerpoint), a team player, and has a positive attitude towards learning new roles with an interest to learn various aspects of business development of a healthcare organisation.

Candidates with experience in a healthcare setting will have priority, especially with clinic operations, and knowledge in claims in both Medisave and private insurances. However, we welcome all to apply as we are always open to training and educating people with the same passion as us!
