Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Projects, this is a crucial position within the sales team. Providing multi-faceted support for the Sales and Marketing teams, the candidate will assist with administrative responsibilities for all day-to-day activities.

The candidate will ensure systematic information flow from sales to other departments as well as clear and precise records on a global CRM platform.This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with record keeping and tracking all client queries to ensure proactive client engagement and timely responses.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of all the company's operations, products, services, and client relationships.
  • Develop a basic familiarity with broadcasting systems and its components.
  • Support Sales department in preparation of any report or any sales analysis required.
  • Research business opportunities, prepare and maintain a calendar of potential businesses and remind the sales team about the upcoming opportunities.
  • Maintain a shared folder of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
  • Assist sales team for keeping track of follow-ups and client communications and attend to all questions or enquiries from clients. Draft a correspondence when required.
  • Support sales team in quotation preparation by reviewing all necessary non-technical elements including client information, regional or international standards, and payment terms and conditions.
  • Post project delivery, gather, document, and analyze customer feedback.
  • Communicate with sales team to get updates on both confirmed project details such as schedules and update the pipeline accordingly.
  • Communicate with sales team to understand the sale leads they are working on and update Salesforce accordingly.
  • Once the job is confirmed, ensure different departments or individuals are informed to plan their preparation.
  • Collaborate with other staff members in charge of marketing or graphics to gather necessary information and provide content for preparation of sales proposals and marketing activities.
  • Support sales team in any other sales-related activities.
  • Communicate with the sales team to identify additional requirements which are not captured in the initial quotation, and ensure it is communicated to the finance department and is reflected in the billing.
  • Support Finance department for any information required for timely billing of clients.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in economics, finance, business administration, accounting, or comparable educational qualification (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant sales role
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and highly organized
  • Strong business sense and good analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the industry or products/services offered by the organization is a plus.
