JC2 FITNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Sales Representative for our fitness club at MacPherson. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing members, generating and converting memberships while supporting daily club operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, targets-driven selling, and a friendly, proactive approach to service in a busy gym environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
• Confident and comfortable speaking to new people.

Responsibilities

• Respond to membership enquiries through walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Introduce prospective members to the club, give gym tours and explain options and facilities.
• Follow up with prospects and work toward individual and club sales targets.
• Process new membership sign-ups and record membership information accurately.
• Assist with renewals, upgrades and other member inquiries.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Support promotional activities, roadshows and corporate outreach.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Help with member retention initiatives and engagement activities.
• Ensure the gym remains clean, organized and welcoming.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our fitness club.

You will be one of the first people prospective and existing members interact with, so we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicates confidently and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate and convert membership sales while supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to membership enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Introduce prospective members to the club, conduct gym tours and explain our membership options and facilities.
• Follow up actively with prospective members and work towards individual and club sales targets.
• Process new membership sign-ups and ensure membership information is accurately recorded.
• Assist with membership renewals, upgrades and other member-related enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Assist members with general enquiries relating to the gym, facilities and membership.
• Support promotional activities, roadshows, corporate outreach and other membership acquisition initiatives.
• Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales conversions.
• Assist with member retention initiatives and engagement activities.
• Help ensure the gym environment remains clean, organised and welcoming.
• Support the Club Manager with general administrative and operational duties where required.

Requirements

• Singaporean, PR or Malaysian
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or the fitness industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Confident and comfortable speaking to new people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic and approachable personality.
• Sales-driven and motivated by achieving targets.
• Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer systems.
• Able to work on a roster, including weekends where required.
• An interest in fitness and healthy living is preferred.
• Ability to speak conversational Mandarin is an advantage
