Job description

We are an online pet shop and pharmacy looking to grow our team. Operational since 2021, we are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous, and adaptable sales and operations executive to manage our day-to-day operations, deal with customer enquiries, and ensure accurate packing and distribution of products.

To ensure success, we expect some experience in dealing with customers, as well as troubleshooting abilities. You will be tasked to establish and expand our online business and to communicate effectively with our sister companies.

Sales & Operations Executive Responsibilities:
  1. Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  2. Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  3. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  4. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  5. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  6. Compiling monthly sales reports.
  7. Responding to customer feedback.
  8. Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  9. Working with our salesman to expand our sales network.
  10. Manage our shop's website and social media presence.
  11. Run, manage and market products at trade show booths.
  12. Supporting the company with other administrative tasks, if requested.
