About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Sales Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day sales operations, coordinating across teams, and delivering great service to both internal and external stakeholders.
While this is not a direct sales position, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations. There are opportunities for career progression for those who demonstrate strong communication, initiative, and a willingness to grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
Manage and coordinate sales administrative processes, including quotations, orders, and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems and CRM tools.
Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
Generate sales reports, track KPIs, and assist in updating performance dashboards.
Support inventory tracking and liaise with the Supply Chain team on stock availability.
Work with other departments (e.g. Engineering, Logistics) to ensure project timelines are met.
Assist in organising internal sales meetings, client visits, and company events.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
Maintain up-to-date customer databases and communication records.
Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency and customer experience.
What You Bring
A Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales support, operations, or coordination roles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
