Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst I provides analysis and case support on sub-territories.

Responsibilities

  1. Determine and apply appropriate methodologies and tools to analyze a range of standard, functional, and/or multi-functional issues/gaps.
  2. Design and prepare backlog orders metrics/dashboard to provide visibility on backlog progress for multiple multifunctional teams.
  3. Identify and consolidate data from various systems with a streamlined and structured methodology to deliver accurate monthly backlog data on time for the required teams and sales management.
  4. Support and coordinate with regional backlog business analysts to meet timelines and milestones for monthly backlog exercises.
  5. Implement and enforce processes and tools to maintain integrity and accuracy of backlog data.
  6. Support standard reporting cycles in formats on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  7. Provide periodic project updates, communicate risks, issues, and concerns.
  8. Perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis as requested, providing recommendations to support objectives.
  9. Explore automation and streamlining in processes/methodology to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

Process and Policy Adoption and Reinforcement

  1. Educate teams on new tools, processes, and policies.
  2. Deliver refresher trainings to address knowledge gaps.
  3. Communicate process improvements and enhancements.

Project Management

  1. Support project plans and resources, track timelines, and communicate status updates.
  2. Coordinate with business partners for alignment during implementation and adoption.
  3. Identify risks/issues and discuss solutions proactively.
  4. Coordinate multi-functional discussions for issue resolution and prioritization.
  5. Initiate projects to improve backlog data quality, analytics, and processes.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint.
  • Siebel experience is desirable.
  • Strong business English communication skills.
