  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee the assignment of safety personnel to client projects, handling deployment schedules and necessary documentation.
  • Evaluate, compile, and submit tender documents as required.
  • Track timesheets and conduct monthly calculations for revenue recognition.
  • Identify, engage, and coordinate with vendors to secure specialized services.
  • Oversee personnel administration, including leave and attendance tracking, as well as resolving day-to-day operational matters.
  • Facilitate vendor registrations on relevant systems and online platforms.
  • Draft, review, and maintain availability agreements and employment contracts for assigned staff.
  • Coordinate external training programs with third-party providers and handle registration processes.
  • Manage internal training operations, ensuring compliance and proper recordkeeping.
  • Oversee the registration process for external training providers with necessary authorities.
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations and invoices to clients.
