Job description

Job Summary:

The Sales Operation Executive is responsible for sourcing and managing a team of promoters, ensuring effective merchandising, maintaining relationships with retailers, exploring new sales channels, and supporting special events and atrium sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source for Potential Promoters and Build a Strong Sales Team:

· Identify, recruit, and train potential promoters to build a competent sales team.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of promoters, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

2. Merchandising:

· Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.

3. Build and Maintain Good Relationship with Retailers:

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retailers and partners.

· Regularly visit retail locations to ensure proper product placement and address any issues.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with retailers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

4. Explore New Sales Channels:

· Identify and explore new sales channels to expand market reach.

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

5. Support for Atriums or Special Events:

· Plan and coordinate sales activities for atriums and special events.

· Ensure that all promotional materials and products are prepared and available for events.

· Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet sales targets.

6. Other adhoc duties

Salary Package

Basic ($2000 to $2300 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives + Variable bonus
