Partner with the product team to analyze market trends and explore innovation opportunities
Create sales plans and collaborate with architects, designers, and product developers
Build strong relationships with contractors and oversee sales team training
Align with leadership on setting revenue targets and budget planning
Guarantee timely customer engagement and support new product rollouts
Oversee the execution and integration of lighting systems and solutions
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, design, lighting, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in technical sales within the lighting sector
Ability to plan strategically and carry out execution effectively
Familiarity with LED technologies or well-established connections in lighting design
Strong communication skills with a talent for persuasive sales presentations
Certified in lighting systems
Skilled in Microsoft Office Professional tools
