Job Description
This role is responsible for managing two team members, developing market expansion strategies, driving revenue growth, and strengthening brand presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and experienced in the music, DJ, or consumer electronics industry.
Sales Management
- Drive revenue growth for all Companies' audio product lines across SEA and South Asia.
- Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and key partners in each market.
- Conduct business reviews, negotiate commercial terms, and support partners to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, onboard new partners, and expand channel coverage.
- Monitor competitor landscape, pricing trends, and regional market conditions.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Create and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness, market share, and product adoption.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and regional needs.
- Plan and oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and local/regional events.
- Work closely with global marketing teams and local distributors on marketing materials and messaging.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, campaigns, and content (in collaboration with internal/external teams).
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage two Sales & Marketing team members.
- Provide direction, set KPIs, provide guidance, and support performance development.
- Coordinate team activities and ensure timely execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the Managing Director and HQ.
- Track sales budgets, marketing spending, and ROI of marketing activities.
- Ensure all sales and marketing execution aligns with the company's strategy and brand standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in DJ equipment, pro audio, consumer electronics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of regional markets in SEA and South Asia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading small teams is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
