Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary UP $11,000 + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Market the company range of services to customers in the Asia Pacific Region and assist in formulating marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotes/proposals/agreements and liaise with customers on approvals, negotiating final terms and conditions.
• Assist the Marketing Manager/Director in preparing the annual sales and marketing expenses budget.
• Achieve sales targets as well as Department PO2 targets (CIP, HSE included).
• Implement prevention programmes within activities, ensuring team members are informed and actively contributing to HSE development, aiming for improvement objectives.
• Prepare responses to RFPs from the Global Sales Teams and Customers outside of APAC.
• Manage Business Partners and ensure Trade Compliance requirements and processes are met.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of regional marketing experience with an aviation company, preferably in repair and overhaul.
• Essential knowledge of the regional business environment.
• Aviation background with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Formal marketing qualification is an advantage but not essential.
