About the role

As the Sales & Marketing Manager at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's new business development and customer acquisition efforts. This full-time position is based in the Tampines East region and will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the company's client base and secure new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to identify, engage and convert potential customers

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor activities

Generate and nurture a pipeline of sales leads through prospecting, networking and referral programs

Manage and coordinate the company's marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, events and promotional campaigns

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and advocacy

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Analyse sales data and marketing metrics to measure performance and inform future strategies

Provide regular sales and performance reports to the management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the pest control or related services industry

Strong track record of successfully driving new business growth and achieving sales targets

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients

Proficient in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
