An established institution is seeking a Sales and Marketing Trainee to support its mission of recruiting high-potential students. As a Sales and Marketing Trainee in the Recruitment Department at EAIM, you will support the institution’s mission to recruit high-potential students from diverse backgrounds. This hands-on traineeship will provide you with experience in education marketing, student engagement, and recruitment operations across local markets and potential international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Outreach:
o Assist in identifying and engaging with prospective students through various channels including email campaigns, social media, institution visits, and education fairs etc
o Support in maintaining and updating the student recruitment database (EAIM CRM system)
• Marketing & Promotion:
o Help create digital and print marketing materials in line with EAIM’s brand guidelines.
oAssist in the planning and execution of student recruitment campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok etc.
oCollaborate on content creation (e.g., student testimonials, short videos, promotional posts).
• Event Support:
o Participate in open houses, campus tours, education exhibitions, and school engagement sessions.
o Provide logistical and on-ground support during events.
• Student Consultation:
oGuide prospective students on EAIM’s programmes, admissions processes, scholarships, and career pathways.
oFollow up with leads via phone, email, social media apps and chat platforms to provide timely and accurate information.
• Market Research:
o Assist in researching trends in student recruitment, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
o Provide regular feedback on market needs and student interests.
Requirements:
•Recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong communication skills in English; other languages (e.g., Chinese, Thais, Vietnamese, Burmese, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
•Passionate about education and student engagement.
•Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, IG, TikTok) is advantageous.
•Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
•Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
