Job description

As a Sales & Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team’s efforts in developing and executing strategies in Singapore to grow the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Alumni Club membership, deliver a satisfying membership experience, and monetize the clubhouse space.

In this role, you will oversee membership recruitment, sales of co-working space, and securing sponsorships for signature events. You will build and maintain strong relationships with NTU and its alumni community as a key point of contact.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Develop & execute club membership strategies to recruit new members and reactivate expired memberships.
  2. Design and review membership packages.
  3. Monetize club events, co-working space, and clubhouse facilities through rentals, event participation, sponsorships, and collaborations with NTU Alumni Associations.
  4. Implement pre- and post-event marketing efforts.
  5. Market the NTUAC clubhouse facilities.
  6. Manage community engagement via social media and newsletters.
  7. Design high-value events to enhance member engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales success.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with NTU alumni or corporate networks is preferred.
