A prestigious university in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Marketing Leader to develop and execute strategies to grow alumni membership and enhance member engagement. You will oversee recruitment, manage community relationships, and monetize events. Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience and strong relationship-building skills. As a Sales & Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team’s efforts in developing and executing strategies in Singapore to grow the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Alumni Club membership, deliver a satisfying membership experience, and monetize the clubhouse space.
You will oversee membership recruitment, sales of co-working space, and canvassing for signature event sponsorships. As a key contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with NTU and its alumni community.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing & executing club membership strategies to:
Recruit new members
Re-activate expired memberships
Reviewing & designing membership packages.
Monetizing club events, co-working space, and clubhouse facilities through:
Co-working space rentals
Event participation
Sponsorships
Collaborations with NTU Alumni Associations
Developing & executing pre- and post-event marketing efforts.
Marketing the NTUAC clubhouse facilities.
Managing community engagement via social media & newsletters.
Designing high-value events to enhance member engagement.
