A leading company in kitchen appliances is seeking an Executive to enhance market presence and develop customer relationships. This role involves creating marketing strategies, managing sales performance, and working closely with product development to align marketing efforts.
Overview
We are looking for an executive to expand and develop the company business emphasis on the market potential. Expanding the market reach and penetration in our range of kitchen appliances (i.e. Oven, hob and hood, etc). Maintain close business relations with existing customers and develop new customers. Formulate and implement sales strategies to enable the company to meet it overall objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and product visibility
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for product placement and promotion
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product features
Manage advertising and promotional budgets for maximum return on investment
Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets
Leverage digital marketing tools to increase online presence and engage with customers effectively
Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights and informproduct improvements and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business
3 -5 years sales experience preferably in the kitchen appliances.
Experience in leading to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, planning and execution skills and negotiation skills.
Passionate and strong drive to achieve goals.
