Responsibilities
Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts.
Pursue sales leads, conclude orders, and initiate internal sales process and logistics.
Provide technical solutions to Consultants prior to tender calling.
Understanding of local Codes for Vertical Transportation System.
Attend tender interviews.
For secured contracts, attend project meetings as & when required.
Handle variation orders.
Money collection.
Visits to customers.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in lift modernisation or related vertical transportation solutions.
Strong understanding of lift systems, modernisation processes, and relevant local codes and regulations.
Ability to evaluate existing lift conditions and propose suitable technical upgrade solutions.
Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related discipline.
