Job description

Role: Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior (1 position)
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Location: Near Bukit Batok MRT, Singapore
  • Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 (varies by rank and years of experience)
  • Benefits: 14 days annual leave, 16 days medical leave, AWS, VB (depends on company's performance)

Company Overview: Specializes in stone and tile products as a subcontractor for construction projects.

Team Structure: Currently led by a Sales & Marketing Director and a Senior Executive, seeking an additional team member to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:
  1. Preferably with experience as a sales executive in building materials or interior design sales.
  2. Must have experience dealing with interior designers, project executives, contractors, and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Market and promote the company's range of products, raising awareness among contractors and consultants.
  • Follow up on key projects from concept to completion, focusing on quality and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts, monitor sales targets, and support customer needs with technical and sales solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new offerings.
  • Provide technical consulting and generate specification documents for architects, façade consultants, and contractors, establishing organizational standards.
  • Offer after-sales support, resolve issues, and handle complaints promptly.
  • Secure projects that contribute positively to the company's revenue and profits.
  • Experience with marble, granite, or tiles in construction is highly preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in a business-related field is required.
