JOB SCOPE


- Handling brand’s social media accounts - manage and reply to queries/comments
- Research, present and spearhead creative ideas and campaigns - physical or ecommerce
- Prepare performance statistics for monthly meeting - review of campaigns
  • Fine-tune and review Customer Journey Experience
  • Handling VIP customers and KOLs
  • Manage brand's Ads and SEO
  • Exposed to work-related travels


REQUIREMENTS


  • Min. 1-2 years relevant experience
- Good command of English Language - verbal and writing
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing & Social Media Channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Suites is preferred
  • Public Relation skills with sensitivity and empathy
  • A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, Independent and Pro-active
  • Detail-oriented and solution-oriented
  • Alignment to brand positioning and goals
